Arriving at the studio.
We ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before class. You will be greeted at the door. Our staff will check your temperature when you arrive and we ask you to sanitize your hands when you enter our studio. You will find hand sanitizer dispensers around the studio.
We’ve decreased the number of bikes so we can allow a safe 8-foot distance in between clients. We have plexiglass around each bike.
All bikes disinfected.
After every class, every bike in the studio will be thoroughly disinfected. We use an electrostatic spray gun to apply our virucidal disinfectant. We continue to use the same EPA approved disinfectant wipes and we will now ask clients to personally wipe down their bikes before and after class.
Disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
In studio air purifier.
We now have both a PECO and medical grade True HEPA air purifier in our studio.
We have upgraded our HVAC system. We have installed a UV germicidal light.
Here is what the CDC has found:
Does germicidal ultraviolet (GUV) disinfection kill the virus that causes COVID-19?
Germicidal Ultraviolet (GUV), or Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI), is a disinfection tool used in many different settings, such as residential, commercial, educational, and healthcare. The technology uses ultraviolet (UV) energy to inactivate (kill) microorganisms, including viruses, when designed and installed correctly.
There is still a lot to learn about SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, and the possibility of airborne viral particles and spread. However, GUV can inactivate viruses in the air and on surfaces.
Changing Rooms, Shower and Restrooms.
Our changing rooms and shower are unavailable at this time. Restrooms are open.
We have a limited number of rentals at this time. The cost is $3. We have SPD clips and baskets so that you can wear sneakers.
We encourage to ride in your own shoes.
We’ve got you covered. You will find a towel on your bike. After class please place it in the basket by our front door. Our staff will wash and sanitize them as per CDC guidelines. You are welcome to bring your own towel, if you prefer!
Updated Liability Waiver.
Every client will be required to digitally sign our new liability waivers. This document will be texted or emailed to all clients prior to your visit.
How do you handle cancellations?
All classes must be cancelled 6 hours prior to class time. Once you cancel the class will be added back to your account for future use. If you do not cancel 6 hours prior to class you will forfeit your class credit. If you have an unlimited monthly membership, you will be charged a $15 late cancel/no show fee.
If you are not feeling well, please stay home.
